Zossk Windows & Siding is a referral service. We connect homeowners who want new windows or siding with independent local providers. If you run your own business and would like more homeowner requests, we would like to hear from you.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for providers who:

• Specialize in window replacement, siding installation, or both
• Work in Tarpon Springs or elsewhere in the Tarpon Springs area
• Take on projects of two or more windows
• Focus on replacement work rather than repairs
• Like talking with homeowners and explaining the process in plain words

Providers who work with vinyl siding, energy efficient windows, and other common materials are welcome to tell us what they offer.

What we expect

Homeowners come to us feeling busy and a bit unsure. We expect providers to treat them with patience and respect. That means:

• Holding the licenses and insurance that local rules require
• Giving clear, written quotes
• Being honest about timelines, including weather delays
• Planning work to disrupt a household as little as possible
• Answering questions without pressure

Providers also need to understand that Zossk Windows & Siding only makes the introduction. You are responsible for your work, your pricing and your agreements with homeowners.
