Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Zossk Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Zossk Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work done on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please know that Zossk Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

How to File a Complaint

Email contact@zossk.site and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help as well.
